
I- PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
November 1978-July 1979: Participation in the SW Cameroon mining inventory: in the covered prospecting sector, discovery of the Awanda-Ngonbass-Bikoué uranium prospect. Ultimately, the project developed a mining index catalog and reactivated interest in Akonolinga rutile and Kribi iron.
1981-1985 and 1987: Participation in the Poli nuclear raw materials research project: depositological studies of the Poli uranium prospect and prospecting of the project area - Construction of 2 research galleries and their lifting as part of the evaluation potential.
1988 the evaluation of the limestone potential of the Littoral with a view to a possible supply of raw material for the cement industries.
1996: with a view to the feasibility study of the degassing of Lake Nyos, led the Ministry team participating in the international project. The work resulted in the start-up of the first experimental degassing column
In 2000: start of development of the mining code with a view to increasing the attractiveness of the mining sector. Took a very active part in the restricted interministerial team for its development.
In my various responsibilities, I ensured the administrative and technical supervision of various research projects and permits: gold from the East, diamond from Mobilong, Nickel-Cobalt from Lomié, Iron from Mbalam and Kribi, rutile from Akonolinga, tin from Mayo-Darlé, sapphire from Adamaoua etc.
Participation in several technical and operations committees in the oil sector
Development and monitoring of the C.S.E policy of the company Addax Petroleum
2011-2019: Represents Addax Petroleum on the EITI (Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative) committee.

IMPORTANT PROJECTS INITIATED
2002: Mount Cameroon risk zoning project
Following the multiple eruptions of Mount Cameroon, I initiated and participated with the French BRGM in the Project which studied the geology of the volcano, the areas likely to suffer the next eruptions, the economic and social infrastructures likely to be affected, the environmental impacts that would result and the means of mitigation
2008-2009: The Cameroon mining sector development project, with financial assistance from the World Bank, which later led to PRECASSEM
II- POSITIONS OF RESPONSIBILITY OCCUPIED IN THE MINISTRY IN CHARGE OF MINES
1985-1988: Deputy head of the interprovincial department of Mines and Energy of the Northern and Far North provinces
1988-1989: Head of Cartography and Graphics Techniques Department
1989-1998: Deputy Director of Geology. Following the civil service reform, one of the outcomes of which was the abolition of deputy director positions
1998-2006: Deputy Director of Geology, Natural Risks and Disasters
2006-December 31, 2009: Director of Mines and Geology, member of the Board of Directors of the Société Nationale des Hydrocarbures (SNH) and the National Committee of the Association of African Oil Producers.

III- POSITIONS OF RESPONSIBILITY OUTSIDE THE MINISTRY IN CHARGE OF MINES
* February 16, 2010-October 2011: Deputy General Director of the PECTEN oil company
* October 2011-September 2019: following the acquisition of Pecten by the Chinese state company SINOPEC, Pecten changes its name and becomes ADDAX PETROLEUM CAMEROON COMPANY S.A. I retain the position of Deputy General Director and member of the Board of Directors of said company for 4 years.
