Charles KWE NJUKWE, Petroleum Engineer<\/strong><\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Petroleum Engineer (strong inclination towards Reservoir Engineering) with over 32 years of service at the National Hydrocarbons Corporation (SNH), Yaounde, Cameroon. Retired on October 1st 2022, while occupying the position of Gas Development Manager where he played an important part in the conception, and ongoing implementation, of Cameroon\u2019s Gas Valorisation Strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Was a member of several committees and ad-hoc SNH project teams notably that charged with the development of the Cameroon LNG Project; the Standing Committee for Negotiation of Petroleum Contracts; Unitization of the YOYO-YOLANDA Gas field and that for the conception of a development plan for the ETINDE gas field. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also represented SNH as Board member for CHANAS ASSURANCES S.A., as well as in the inter-Ministerial Committee charged with selecting the contractor for the future Limbe Gas Thermal Plant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prior to serving in the Gas Division of SNH (first as Deputy Gas Development Manager from January 2016 to July 2020), Charles NJUKWE was incharge of the Reservoir Engineering and Development Service (July 1999 to June 2003) and then the Reservoir Engineering and Development Department (June 2003 to February 2009). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During this period, he systematically represented SNH in all meetings bearing on Reservoir Management issues within the entire Mining Domain in Cameroon. Then he moved on to serve as Deputy Production Manager from February 2009 to January 2016. During this period in the Production Division, he also participated in most of the statutory technical meetings between SNH and the operating companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
